We got the junior suite and it had a small kitchen (mini fridge and no microwave).Sporting its trademark decor and memorabilia, Hard Rock offers a superb pool with free shuttles to the beach. Room: Pleasantly surprised with the room size and cleanliness. Highly recommend overlooking another pool if this will bother you but keep in mind all their pools play loud music, it’s just that the main one is obnoxiously loud. It can be heard clearly even when the patio door is shut and didn’t allow for day time naps. Music: The music at the main pool is extremely loud and plays allllll day from noon until 10:30pm. The audacity at this “all inclusive” is real. When we finally had an appetite, they told us we were ordering too much food and that we’re only allowed one entree per person.
My boyfriend has had extreme stomach pains for 3 days now and says it was the worst he’s ever had in his life. Ended up getting extremely violent food poisoning from Zen (their in house sushi restaurant) and couldn’t eat or enjoy anything for the last two days. Seems like they don’t really care too much about them.įood: Every night at least one or two restaurants were closed. We were able to purchase goods from their stores this way but not tip. Service: staff were attentive and you could tell they were working hard for extra tips but the hotel really screwed them over by not offering a way to tip on the credit card put on the room (like other all inclusive resorts do).
